Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment.
-Please notify Witch City Wax 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to make it.
-Last minute cancelations/reschedules (less than 24 hour notice) will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service to the credit card on file.
-No call-no show will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service to the credit card on file.
LATE POLICY
-We kindly ask that you please show up for your scheduled time. Here at Witch City Wax, we are servicing clients every 15-20 minutes.
-If you happen to be late you may not receive all of your scheduled services due to lack of time.
-Once a client is 10 minutes past their appointment time, they will be marked as a no show and charged 50% of the total service to the card on file.
*Large Services that exceed 3 hours will require a deposits upon booking*
